Once upon a time
There was a girl so sickly sweet,
And one day she couldn't take it
So she hung herself at their feet.
And that day God looked down upon
The scene that lay below,
Shedding his silent tears
As he shook his head saying no.
And in the scene it started to rain
Soaking what had just been done,
The tears being those of God
Cleansed the young girl's body from above.
Running down her cold, dead body
Caressing her every curve
Soaking the beautiful white, lace dress
And dripping off her toes and every finger.
So the people whom saw here dreadful end
Will also see her beginning,
As they stare in awe and she sprouts white wings
And body begins to glisten
Her eyes slightly open
And she stares into the distance.
Staring past the people who
Had once called her their sister.
