Once That Is Shown - Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar
What have I been doing?
Trying my best to trivialize my life.
And upsetting those,
With wishes to complicate it.
An intelligence expose...
Open those doors,
To become imposed.
Not me or my time!
I seek to be as trifling as I can be.
And once that is shown...
A peace that is mine can be had and known.
