We were just a lost soul
bound for one another
looking for the same
we found in each other
and deep down we knew
we were meant to be together
reaching for you
you heard my name
as the desert started calling
we watched the stars above
as one by one they were falling
making love by the Rio Grande
I took your heart in my hand
as we both lost control
and held on to this love
that neither could never let go
