One Day - Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Let me tell you something.
You are like so many...
Who think it's okay
To ruin lives and walk away!
Let me tell you something.
You made a mistake...
When you believed my heart
Was another to destroy that way.
As a useless toy to break like clay!
That's 'all' I'm going to say!
You will find out what I mean one day!
