One Final Lesson On Learning To Swim Poem by Ted Sheridan

One Final Lesson On Learning To Swim

Rating: 4.3

God take me to the river and wash away my sins
For I have no happiness left and my living soul
Cries out to be set free from the constraints of the flesh
Everything I once held dear has been destroyed
And everyone who loved me has betrayed my trust
So Dear Lord please answer my prayers and take me home

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

I know that feeling and pray to the myriad gods that you aren't feeling it. Sweetheart, things will be on the up. Promise. t xxx
