One Is Too Many Poem by Dorsey Baker

One Is Too Many

When you poison the rain
The clouds in the sky
They begin to cry
And flowers without the sun
They will surely
Have to die
One is too many
We don't need another
World war

We don't need no fire
That we can't put out
We don't need to
Have to run and hide
All that death and destruction
It don't have to come
It's a poison and it can kill
Too many people
At one time
One is too many
We don't need
Another
World war
