One Soul And Two Bodies Poem by Ehsan Ehsan

One Soul And Two Bodies

ONE SOUL AND TWO BODIES
Our shade -less gladness is mocking us
Our artificial sadness ridiculing
Our happy smiles are fake and smothered
When we are retired to our loneliness
Everything is changed, our real self is visible
Our wailing cries and tearful eyes
Are tired of being with us and living with us
As these are also fed up with our hypocrisy
Man sooner or later and at last
Has to make himself think after all why
He is unable to show himself what he is
And convince him that there is no need
To show himself what he is not
What he is ultimately is to come out
He must know that a soul cannot survive
With two bodies so better to get rid of them
As these cannot survive for a long time
