Once!
Only once!
He wants to run
With great energy and elan,
Which he used to do very often
In his glorious childhood days
And his beloved friends inspired him
To run more and more,
Now being old,
He is weak and infirm,
He has lost the vigour and strength
Of his brilliant childhood time,
Still he aspires to run only once now
With the greatest speed and determination
To defeat convincingly the lethal disease COVID-19
In the all-important race of life.
