I remember the prayer meetings I was obligated to attend as a child. It seemed a lot of stuffy people trying to impress God or themselves with their pontifications that went on and on interminably. Life has taught me, Rebecca, as you have so eloquently demonstrated here, to commune with the Divine in the honest and straightforward language of the heart. A blessing to read, Rebecca. Thank you.
