Orange Fog Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Orange Fog

Canticles of color in the obtuse vision
Refracted light condensed like chivalry
The rain is bent into right angles
Blue bliss seizes the storm
Suddenly we change into the sea
Trees bend into indigo soldiers
Ideals fold with pink fountains
She is bold with Egyptian lips

Bed of clover kisses the stars
Vase as mystical as Crimea
Waves flutter like a Paris night
Lanterns bright with chartreuse
Silence sings like roaming ghost buffalo
Fear sits dressed in red and black
Themes are gone in the purple moon
Harmony is the imagination breathing

The orange fog, blind and erotic

Orange Fog
