It's your time to embark,
Do make your mark,
As you did in the journey called life,
You'll create a spark,
Wherever you park,
Where you're going they don't know of strife.

A selfless soul,
Who kept others whole,
If in trouble you made them aware,
You'd not only console,
But instill control,
Help them back to where they once where?

A rewarding existence,
With little resistance,
You let nothing stand in your way,
Achieved with persistence,
You lasted the distance,
From your task you never did stray.

If help was required,
You remained fired,
Your positive outlook was contagious,
You never tired,
Others you inspired,
Those you helped would call you courageous.

If we took a fall,
You gave us your all,
For your passion we owe you a debt,
By returning our call,
We felt ten feet tall,
Your memory we will never forget.

You did your best,
With vigour and zest,
Many here will testify that's true,
You've passed life's test,
It's now time for a rest,
