Our Problems Poem by David Harris

Our Problems

Rating: 5.0

We often think our problems
are much bigger than they are,
in reality we only make them seem that way.
We worry sometimes over nothing
never figuring they will come out
all right in the end,
but normally they do.
A human fatality I’m afraid
that makes us worry over nothing.
We look at the negative side of our problems
instead of taking a positive view.
We tell ourselves the problem
is an insurmountable kind
that we will never be able
to solve it at anytime.
What we should be telling ourselves
is that every problem has a solution,
and if we take our time we will find it
and the problem will go away.

David, I can remember when my mind was full of problems, it would run round like a cuckoo cage, this went on for years, until I started to sort them out one at a time, it took awhile, but you are so right there is a solution to every problem.
