Paradise Found Poem by Ray Hansell

I've been searching all my life
For a place called paradise
I think I may have found it
The day that I found you

We climbed up to the mountain top
We looked as far as we could see
A feeling of exhilaration
Was washing over me

I've never felt this feeling
That I'm feeling now
I hope it last forever
And I'm thinking that somehow

That if you stay beside me
Take my hand and you will see
My love is meant for you
I know your love is meant for me

We can spend our lifetime
Here on a mountain top
Because what we share together
Most people haven't got

I've never seen love before
Until I looked into your eyes
It was at that very moment
That's when I realized

This love that I'm feeling
Is a love so very strong
I know it's not every day
That a love like this comes along
