Parrot Feathers Poem by Lamar Cole

Parrot Feathers

The cat and the parrot were enjoying a beautiful day.
Looking out the window while their owner was away.
Their friendship was so neat.
But the cat decided that the parrot would make a good food treat.
The cat remained at the window enjoying the beautiful weather.
While in his mouth were parrot feathers.
