Peace- present context
Saturday,24th October 2020

Power grows from the barrel of the gun
just runs the theme
for the armed revolution
but we found its dilution

Gandhiproved it wrong
"Ahinsa" or non-violence became an effective tool or song
we all know the history
it was a victory for the peace

time and again, it repeats
with a different tone and greets
the aspiration of people
who constantly struggle for the improvement

peace prevails
if other method fails
strong with the latest arsenals
brings peace

small nations shiver
and offer
co-operation for the fear of reprisal
just to keep the trouble away by miles

it is good to have a deterrent
and present the world with a safe umbrella
but the misuse of military muscle power
can make the whole of the world suffer

hardly anyone talks of peace
by non-violent means
rather gain time for more preparation
and push the nations
