Peer is a great fear;
And this fear of peer can even make the near & dear queer;
And it always ends with a tear.
You are your parent's only child my dear;
So why do you get frightened with peer fear?
Sometimes the pressure is too much to bear;
That you feel your death is so near.
At times it feels like a spear;
Tearing your heart is very rare.
Peer pressure is unnecessary but is always there;
It has destroyed many but nobody seems to care;
It is useless and dumb is much clear.
We hear about students suicide every year;
For friends and family it is so difficult to bear.
Peer pressure is the true culprit here;
But what is the cure for this fear?
Yoga, meditation, lots of love and care;
Can cure this evil I can swear.
Dear parents, don't be sad if your child is prone to peer fear;
Together we will fight against this evil, until it is all clear.
This is really good, and if you write more poems like this, you can help lots of families. 👍
