People Of Every Nation Poem by Francis Duggan

People Of Every Nation

People of every Nation and colour and race
Are gathered together here in the one place
The World becoming more multicultural that's how twould appear
People from most parts of the World they live around here
People from places such as Capetown, L A, London, Tokyo and Rome
Feel happy to live here and call this place home
Of all shapes and sizes the young and not so young
They socialize with their own kind and speak in their own tongue
They came to live here from places far away
And here they feel happy and here they will stay
Till the dreaded reaper the life from them claim
In this big Southern City they will live and remain
Of different races and different shades of dark, white and brown
They feel happy to live in this big southern town.
