People With Addictions Poem by Francis Duggan

Many people have some addiction it does seem
Many of which does not enhance one's public esteem
Some of which alcohol abuse gambling or using narcotics which for finances or health not good in any way
But humanity is made of all kinds it does seem true to say
I too have an addiction and this is writing rhyme
That i have been doing since in my life's prime
And though in any way it is not seen as a crime
To many it does seem a huge waste of time
Since For it i never receive any pay
And this is not a recipe for success in the World of today
For to meet one with an addiction you need not tavel far
You need not go further than your local bar
And there are millions of them in the World out there
People with addictions are not scarce anywhere.
