If I had a bottle of perfume
Would I use it to impress someone
I would meet
or would I give it
to homeless person who could use it more than me
If I had a bottle of perfume would
I clutch it til I die
Afraid to waste too much of it
Or would I eventually swallow my
Pride
The price of things shouldn't
Matter much we should
Want to impress our Lord
And be the hands and feet of Him
And not be consumed by the world
Are you holding onto
Things too much
Do you offer yourself
To God cause if we do
We begin to smell as a
sweet smell to Him
for our many sacrifices
of pride and selfishness
In exchange
for His love and truth!
