Perpetual Shadow Loss Spanning So Many Days Poem by Terence George Craddock

Perpetual Shadow Loss Spanning So Many Days

Rating: 5.0

life flows in cyclic seasons
as days dawn ebb flow
disappear in lost shadows

celestial time times out
days disappear in shadows
sun sky clouds beautiful

behold a beautiful time of day
as shadows grow stretch shrink
in creeping sun angle shadows

memories time differ time shadow haunts
with perpetual shadow loss spanning so many days
timeless days stretch into stream shadows

time may erode past loss memories
despite heartache smile eyes full of joy
a lost loved one gone lights our days

bright warm memories
hope desires images never fade
tragedy missed embrace

tragedy is a missed embrace
lessened by taking refuge in beloved
precious clear memory images
