Personal Ambition - Poem by Hasmukh Amathalal

Personal ambition

It has been introduced as new element
And it is considered as lethal at present
The more you lie the status goes high
As politician you are allowed to fly

The politicians escape
Under simple excuse
And send their recorded version
For denial and confession

It newly developed nations
This has become traditions
Either introduces disruptive elements
Or put propaganda machine to present negative side

Such tactic has suited
As it is used to insult
Weak set up that has neglected welfare measures
Or taken no note of security at frontiers

The China is knocking eastern border
With making stance harder
Threatening national integrity
And blaming leadership of the country

Under such condition political wisdom is must
Each leader has to modify approach and trust
As nation is greater than personal ambition
And if nation survives.we all may have recognition
