Phases Of Life Poem by John Leroy Maxwell

Phases Of Life

The journeys end is nigh, as yet being witness to the loveliest of life
Rising to the celestial Sun, spreading rays of consciousness o'er
the Universe
Floating thru life down the winds of time, on clouds of joy
Capturing in memory thru the eyes of the child; the magic of youth,
growing in time, to all of nature and humanity
Filled with intuition, poetry, promise, faliure, rain, snow
Marching to the joys and the wars of the world, peace, sickness,
healing, flora and fauna
All aspects of life, much to be remembered
How vast this life of wonder
Life's path now discarding my footsteps into the night, the
mysterious Moon now approaches, soothing my journey
I will sleep content, forever in memory
