Physical as well

It is desirable to go for bodybuilding
but it is not even yielding an inch
the mind has to be developed a lot
so it thinks in time and remains never caught

physical appearance
and strength gives you chance
to defend at any time
and prevent the crime from being committed

it doesn't guarantee
mental stability to think free
and some out clean
physical ability with mental stability makes you win

mental fitness
matters most
physical fitness is a must
but trust both the capabilities
