Live with happiness
And bring smile on face
Life may be full of chase
But we have to lead beautiful phase

Healthy body and healthy mind
Both you can find
And create internal awareness
With healthy forwardness

So concentrate and start
It must be your part
To remain healthy and strong
To dance and sing a song

Mediation brings everything at rest
You are in another world to test
And link with hidden facts
That is reflected in your acts

You are one of the sturdy figures
Full of charm and trimmed flashes
Body stands in art form
As if it is carved out from stone

So you look as from Ajanta caves
That gives beautiful appearance
Of an old age awareness
Towards physical fitness
