Jumbled feelings and emotions being tossed about within,
because of stress and turmoil, surfing waves of frustra-
tion, looking about for an anchor.

One to complete the picture, calming everything down, so
life can be stabilized and brought to the pier of courage
and inner strength.

There resting for a while until energy has a chance to
build in order to move forward once again, filled with
the patience to continue living.
