Pigeon Of Peace Comments

There are so many constraints which makes a human think why one should not be as free as bird to disregards any type of boundaries made by the human and for the human. This reminds me one of my own small poem from my book ‘ Children of Lost Gods’ which is as under: - Freedom - - - - - - Flock of birds migrating Crossing boundaries after boundaries Territories after territories, unhindered But marked by humans, for the humans - - - - - - - - - - - - x- - - - - - - - - - - Coming to the poem, it brings out the genuine feelings of a poet for a lovely poetess (Shahzia Batool) across the border while lamenting about the political unwillingness to live in harmony. harping on the past history and the present scenario of unfriendly behaviour between the two countries. Yet these may not deter the literary comradeship to fly without any borders. Great.

Wonderful write. I love it like the relation of a brother and sister between me and sister Shahzia Batool has crossed the boarder. like in a picture of bollywood. love of any kind does not know any boarder.. well written. like the air like the water, like the birds all are free from boarder and alike your poem.

This is indeed a remarkable poem you have written rich in poetic beauty and content! Yes, Shahzia's musical voice trails crossing borders enquiring after the well being of many! A wonderful tribute to her! !
