Pillow Of Love Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Pillow Of Love

Nights of loneliness unfolding through the years,
spilling tears into the starlight, no one ever
seeing them.

Life continues to travel on without this heart
accompanying it, moon rays touching the ground,
reminding of all moments we've shared.

Now once again folding away another night of
loneliness, tucking tears beneath a pillow of
love that once held your sweet head next to mine.
