Pinocchio's Lies Poem by Lauren Coles

Lies are never a good thing,
Lies can get you in some hot water,
Social Media is a good place to connect with friends but only if you use it properly,
Spreading rumors can sometimes spread some misinformation and kids play sick from school to get away from it all,
Lies grow bigger every day you go along with it,
Laughing at someone else's demise leads to their downfall,
Kids are afraid to say anything because they are scared,
Be the bigger person and back away from a situation where a fight can ensue.
A person with a disability might not be able to defend themselves,
People have broken hearts and they have nowhere to hide,
God put us on the same planet to help each other learn and grow,
No one's perfect,
Kids want to exit the world too early,
Acceptation should be taught in schools since kids aren't learning it at home.
