Planted Antics Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Planted Antics

Soggy.
Those drenched in tears.
And appearing shocked to have it happen.
Although they have fed this feast.
Willing.
To feed a beast.
Soggy.
Those drenched in tears.

Ignoring other people who suffered.
They did.
Ignore them with minds blocked out.
And thought themselves safe; far away.
From diseasing of the seeds they planted.
Today they are frantic.
Panicked by their own planted antics.

Soggy those drenched in tears.
In the middle they've become their own targets.
Shooting down their own beliefs nonstop.
Dancing with a devil teaching them all evils.
Now they seek and wish relief,
From an increase...
Of sick mentalities.

Soggy.
Those drenched in tears.
And panicked.

Soggy.
Those drenched in tears.
Frantic.
Panicked their antics.

Soggy those drenched in tears.
Frantic and panicked by their own planted antics.
Soggy.
Those drenched in tears.
And panicked.

Soggy.
Those drenched in tears.
Frantic.
And panicked.
Soggy.
Those drenched in tears.
