Please Can I Have My Dad Back Poem by Amy Louise Kerswell

Please Can I Have My Dad Back

Dear God
I'm writing this in hope you'll answer my prayers.
I live here on Earth.
But you took my Dad to be an Angel.
I'm here to ask you God,
please return him to Earth.
God you took my Dad to soon.
We still had so much to do.
I never got to ask him the questions I needed to.
God you took my dad away from me.
And I need to no why.
I'm on a bended knee God.
I'm begging you please let my Dad come home.
I need to see his face just hear his voice.
You see God since you took Dad to be an Angel.
My world has been upside down.
He was so young God why did you take him.
He wasn't yours to take.
I miss him like mad.
Pleas God I'm asking you.
Please I want my dad home.
His Name Is Gareth and he has grey hair.
Please God if you won't let him come back to Earth.
Let him be with me in my dreams tonight.
You see God I miss him so much and I need him to know.
He was loved on earth grately and he's sorely missed.
So if you could give him a hug and a kiss from me,
I'd be most grateful God.
But if you could just spare him as your Angel.
It would be the wish come true.
