Poet Oil Graded Outpourings Poem by Terence George Craddock

Poet Oil Graded Outpourings

early starts
late finishes
long days

long mornings
long afternoons
long days

winter time arrive in dark
winter time leave in dark
starting finishing in darkness

ten hours
petrol pouring
standing

all day service
need attentive
to the pumps

thirsty vehicles
people needs
arrivals passings

days wages equals
no poetry creativity
no compositions

no ink inspiration spent
occupied busy chained to
oil graded outpourings
