POLYCHROME FLIGHT


Monochrome springboard
translates dormant floorboard
into polychrome flight
of dreams as night
cocoons without discord
an almost umbilical c[h]ord
protective insight
through black and white
through bed and board
ignoring pen and sword
into realms of delight
and rainbow bright.

Colours bloom within
heedless of urban din
or rebooting of experience -
neither talk of sin
nor angels on a pin -
harmony and reminiscence...
