Our heart is only the size of a fist
But it contains an ocean of love
Inexhaustible, wavy, exquisite
Fed by the universe, flowing in from above

Take a bucket with you wherever you go
The ocean will never dry up, let it flow
Pour a few buckets of love over anyone you meet
All are longing for love; a sea of it, they need.

Pouring out that ocean from within to all
Will bring a mountain of pleasure and ease
You and humanity will get filled with soul
Let's fill the whole world with love and peace
