Pray For My Brothers & Sisters With Me Poem by Luke Easter

Dear Lord Jesus, as from heaven You masterfully reside,
Reach out with loving arms pulling all closer to Your side,
By prayers let brother & sister know You’ll be there as a guide,
Dieased infections will leave their bodies only to run and hide.

Advise them that worry and trust together simply cannot share,
A place in our mind or heart because You are living there,
Chemotherapy and other treatments they might have to do,
Not to be afraid or frightened because we will come through,

Tell my Christian family that this is just a standard kind of test,
So we'll humble in acknowledgment to receive Your very best,
Putting business & everything else comfortably in the back seat,
Stronger in faith all will become although our body is getting weak.

Allow the brightness, power and healing heat of Your noonday Sun,
To spring forward with a special emphasis against the deadly H1N1,
No doctor prescribed medicine or treatment can bring us through,
Unless it is first dispensed by unmerited favor that flows from You.

Loving Master please renew believers with the might of eagles wings,
Give an opportunity to sing the praise a kingdom manifestation brings,
Thanks in advance Father God for carrying the family on Your shoulder,
We need salvation more, not by getting younger but wiser and older.

Scripture is prayed by the family, believe that God will bring you close,
With spirit, reliance and trust in the unlimited power of the Holy Ghost,
In the almighty name of Christ Jesus with His Calvary Blood I rebuke,
All diseases uninvited by our Lord & Savior, your loving brother Luke.
