Prayer For My Daughter Poem by Paul Sebastian

I awake to worship my Lord
Making early dawn offerings
Offering heartfelt prayers
As incense invokes His presence

I pray:

Lord Almighty
Thank you for the gift of my daughter
Thank you for being her loving Father
Your loving kindness and grace
Has blessed her all her days
To you I‘ll always be grateful
For making my heart joyful

Lord Almighty
Shield her from every kind of harm
May your divine presence dawn
Upon her life and in all she does
May she prosper and be blessed
May she mature with age
And have wisdom of a sage
Lord, gift her with good health
Also, send angels to walk her path
Lord, lead her into ways she should go
May she be strong spiritually and grow
Lord, nurture her to a fine lady
May her life walk glorify Thee

Glory to you Lord
All praise and glory to you
