Preach The Word

Instant in season and out of season
Preach the Word of God
For it's the power unto Salvation
For those who trust the Lord
The Highest valued vocabulary
That one will ever find
For it's the testimony of a Saviour
Who died for all mankind

Give awesome consideration
Unto the Word becoming flesh Holy Spirit stamped approval upon it
For the Word has come to bless
It may be the hammer
To break the hardest heart
Or become the seed of faith
To reach a wayward heart

Hallelujah for the Word
And for its inspiration
Those who receive it as the Word of God
Will delight in a so great Salvation
I can turn to chapter and verse
To where God's Word had found me
To the very day I called upon Christ
Who wrapped His arms around me

I've found my treasure once hidden
For written on the pages there
I found my destiny by faith believing
And a new found love for prayer
Don't miss out on the blessings that abound
For the sinner's that we are
For God will give you His amazing grace
If you hide His Word in your heart!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
