Prelude! Poem by Moushumi moushumi

Prelude!

Rating: 5.0

Go beyond the days of primrose face
Along love and life cherished all the spice:
Knitted sweet memories; amused profile of past;
A mesmerized hackneyed travail towards slope to fall-
Sunrays erasing, earth regaining color;
Ecstatic dusk mixing the caramel
With nature’s accolade; man’s build
Reveals the ignorance of prophet’s notch!
The bemused day in the feet of danseuse;
Muses the earth’s magic in ever-grilled doze;
The snarled breath desolately sheathing
Taffeta in the quivered morose!

an excellent poem built on strong imageries...the line 'man’s build reveals the ignorance of prophet’s notch' is revealing brilliant...well done, Mousumi 10
