It means harmony will be

If poverty is greatly replaced
By another thing that helps eliminates it,
It means all people will be better
Anytime, anywhere, and everywhere.
If sadness is greatly replaced
By any pretty happiness,
It means pleasure and joy will be
Better alternatives anytime,

One day all bad things will be replaced
By other better alternatives anytime,
