Prisoner Of Love, And Yet... - Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak
There's nothing you can teach me about loving you,
or so I think at times.
Then you surprise and confuse me with new ways of
tantalizing and enticing my heart, mind and body.
Totally wanting to be only with you, can never get
away, you have persisted and now I will not let you
let me go.
Such a captivating freedom you have set within me,
intriguing and making me your prisoner of love, yet
at the same time you are totally freeing me from life.
Your unconditional love, holding the key to my liberty
and complete freedom, wanting to only be with you for
