Programmed Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Programmed

Stormy winds blowing raindrops around, formed by
garden sprinklers.

Unanticipating rainy weather, continuing to do
the job they were made for.

Oblivious to impending weather, mindless of the
havoc it will bring, knowing nothing except what
it has been programmed by man to do.
