Physical fitness goals
How many pulls-ups can you do?
Based on your age, there is a number set for how many pull-ups you can do

But I pull myself from one desperate situation to another
Muscle is superfluous
Upper body strength measured by bankers

Pull your weight over the bar
How many pull-ups can you do?
Get your chin over the door and place it on the pedestal of industry

He was our instructor
He could do one handed pull-ups
We called him coach
He ingrained in us what it means to be in shape

It's the distance not the toil that puts the man to work
It's how the empire breaks a sweat
How many pull-ups can you do?
We swung our legs to cheat a little, to get over the bar, to do at least one pull-up
