Quality Or Color Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

It is not the quality or color
The originality of substance that really matters
It is outer beauty that appeals us more
Otherwise any creation by almighty stands to adore

Every natural objected is expected to prove
Show to the world about quality and move
What they stand for and what can be objective?
Function may be different but color can’t be selective

Color differentiation is common in our mind
We compare to outer show and elegantly find
To out utter dismay something may not appeal
But fact remain same and work may speak real

We are very much color conscious
Even though at heart we may be very pious
We like the white color but don’t hate
Other colors as they have importance to state

Dark doesn’t speak bad or cast gloom
You may think seriously about it in room
Darkness frightens you with slight fear
You even forget to differentiate who is very dear

Nature makes it more important with the advent of cuckoo
Morning becomes melodious with sweet music through
She has only one mission and that too make human being alert
Bring all energy in store and try to fully exploit or convert

Crow makes it little vicious
He is not prepared to share the delicious things
But his mission makes it more important
The garbage or dirt is removed very instant

So something is do be done purely on merit
Purely on the basis of color, we should not try to ignore or omit
Every object has got identity of its own
They will be pointed subjectively and distinctly known
