my cheeks feel
the waters embrace
my tong tastes
the saltiness
and I feel
the power of release
What am I releasing?
Heart has lost its music
no longer dancing
to the beat
What deep sorrow?
My body limb
no longer in need
to do
to want
What is my soul experiencing?
Lessons learned
more to come
surrender for now
