Quickly address

This is exactly where we value for
Personal friendship and go very far
To show that we are concerned
And stand for when really cornered

The real friends understand you well
And on confrontation openly tell
That what is wrong in approach
And rush for advice as such

Some of the people show up often
And repeatedly show concern
But they allow from one ear door
And exist it sooner

Some pick up sensibly
And warn you readily
They may get the signal
Even if not uttered a word as an individual

They read from face's expression
And find out the confusion
They take no time to address
And quickly remove the stress
