Raging Waters Poem by David Harris

Beneath the thundering waters
of any fast flowing river there
lies the remains of courage
and bravery of those who tried
to conquer its mighty waters.
Their stories have passed into legends
and they became heroes of their day.
Constantly more stories surface
of their bravery against the odds.
Inspiring new bold adventurers
to follow in their footsteps
trying to conquer nature
where the raging waters flow.
