Rain Again Poem by Debendra Majhi

Rain Again

The Clouds Traverse,
Like Moving Veils,
Touching and Caressing,
Depth of My Soul.

The Thunder Cracked,
Scowling Firmament,
The Lightening Sparked,
Melancholy Darkness.

The Lingering Clouds,
Are Hung as Hooks,
Coconut Plants,
Stretched with upward Look.

Pattering Raindrops,
Kissed the Dusty Earth,
The Distraught Beloved,
At the Window Berth.

Oh Rain, Dear Rain;
Come Again,
Let Her Lips,
Touch Mine Again!
