Rain Comes To An End Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Rain Comes To An End

L-et the rain disappear,
E-leventh of July;
A-ngry storm fades away, rugged wind passes by.

M-ake the rainfall stop,
A-fter the long cold night;
R-ough ocean turns calm,
A-s you see the morning light.
V-ile weather has turned
I-nto a beautiful day.
L-ord God gives a new dawn,
L-et your heart and mind
O-bey.

N-ighttime chill is over,
E-arly beacon begins to ascend;
G-low in the sky is shining,
R-ain comes to an
E-nd.
