Rain Drops - Poem by James McLain

Rain it is light, it is soft, it is wet, it is rain.
Rain I pictured it as it floats down
and if each drop of rain it missed you, I did not.
Being away it was I know to long
and now the rain
some how it to my ear it sounds, differently.
