Rain, rain and
Saturday,26th June 2021

Rain, rain
come in
and relieve the pain
and break the hot wave chain

earth is thirsty
it affects Humanity
everybody suffers
heatwave takes a heavy toll here

rain
you always remain
our lifeline
and has already defined role

we store water
and stop its drain here
build dams and reservoirs
to cater for the need

rain you are the king
that brings
prosperity and happiness
come and rain in abundance
