Ramadan 2
From sunup to sundown
A time to fast
Celebration all around
Lessons from the past
Jibril's recitations
Given to Mohammad(PBUH) in the cave
The Maker's wonderful creation
Allah's grateful slave
A time for zakat
Cheerful giving
And the happiness it's begat
Thankful for the life we're living
As I sit and pray
Grateful to Allah for showing me the way
